DESCRIPTION

Specially developed for the DATA CENTER centres and the big computing centres, this strengthened understructure allows, due to its conception :

to support heavy loads (computing bays of big dimensions, safes, machines etc.),

the handling of rolling load (big stability of the understructure on the dynamic efforts, the assembly in "sails"): to study according to the type of load and some type of trolley,

to modulate the entraxe of pedestals according to the occupation of the plenum (crossing of cable tray, girdles, hoppers) ),

to modulate the meshing of the understructure (600x600 for the heavy loads, 600x1200 for the normal loads so allowing the addition of cable trays without unsettling the understructure),

to modulate the dimension of panels (600x600, 600x900, 750x750, or other on request),

the creation of integrated frames support cupboards.

TECHNICAL ELEMENTS

This understructure is constituted of :

- HEADS of steel pedestals , Ø 90, 5 mm thick, threaded M18 with nut with crenel,

- FEET of steel pedestals , in square tube 20x20x2, sole steel 80x80 or 100x100,

- PROFILE steel 40x40 or 60x40 2 mm thick , lg 3000 mm and lg 558 mm (spacers),

SPLINTS of connecting
(Allow to move the foot of pedestal to avoid a cable tray (girdles, or other) in the plenum)

PVC HEAD gasket with panels retaining lugs
(Insures the electric conductivity of the system and improve the acoustics at the level of the noises of impacts)
